Use the "star rating" module from PowerPack and place it on a static page 

• This can be used in themer layouts with the rating number tied to a custom field via field connection
• It does not replace product ratings from customers, it's separate 
• It does not include google reviews, its manual and done on the site directly 

For google or yelp reviews, dont use this module -  instead, use the UABB business reviews module OR the PowerPack reviews module - however, in order for these business reviews modules to work, they require Google Place ID & Yelp Business ID
